The night will feature a showcase of comparative releases of the Fathoms Cuvée, each shaped by its time spent maturing 10 fathoms deep beneath the waters of Flinders Bay. To complement these wines, our chefs have crafted a five-course feast inspired by the rich landscapes of the Southern Margaret River region. Expect bold, creative dishes featuring the finest locally-sourced seafood, farm-grown proteins, and seasonal farm vegetables.
